Education Center
This beautiful timber framed barn that overlooks the gardens of the Arboretum offers a relaxing setting and will have your guests and attendees connecting with nature.

This rental space is available seasonally, May thru October and is not climate controlled.
Viles Room
This newly renovated event space offers a neat and clean venue for your next gathering. Perfect for a party, meeting, or corporate gathering. Easily access the gardens of the Arboretum.

- Private, accessible, bathrooms
- Wireless, high-speed internet
- Presentation TV & conferencing technology
- Full commercial kitchen
This rental space is available year round, every day of the week.
Austin Wilkins Room
This brightly lit conference and meeting space features live plants and trees as well as a large collection of unique wood pieces. A great venue for your next business meeting or gathering.
Amenities include:
- Conference table and chairs for 10 people
- Additional table and chairs for up to 30 people
- Public, accessible bathroom
- Wireless, high-speed internet
- Presentation TV & conferencing technology
- Whiteboard
This meeting room is available year round, every day of the week.
Outdoor Rental Spaces
The grounds at Viles Arboretum offer a variety of unique spots for your outdoor gathering. With over 20 botanical gardens spread over 224 acres, you're bound to find a space that fits your needs. Break free from the traditional room rental and host your party, celebration, or company event in a beautiful garden space. The Arboretum has outdoor rental spaces for small and large gatherings, with the option to set up an event tent.

Reserve your event space or meeting room below!
1. Select a Service Select the number of hours you would like to reserve from the dropdown menu under the space you would like to use. Then mark the checkbox of the space you would like to reserve. Please include your setup and clean up in the hours your reserve. Click continue.
2. Select your preferred date and time Select the date and start time for your reservation. You will have access to the space starting at the time you select, for the number of hours your previously indicated.
3. Enter/Confirm your details Enter or confirm your contact information and payment details. We require payment in full at the time of reservation. Please list any information or special requests in the "Appointment notes" section. Click book appointment.
A confirmation will be emailed to you from Square, at the address you provided. You will receive another email from Square containing your Facility Use Agreement. Please review carefully as this contains information on getting into the space you reserved, as well as important rules for our venue. Please click the "sign and review" button to sign this agreement electronically. Your reservation will be confirmed once you have signed the agreement.
